Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery

• Free UK Delivery: FREE, usually arrives within 5–10 working days of ordering.

Delivery times include order processing. Our items are shipped to you from our supplier's warehouse, so they may arrive in separate parcels if you order more than one item.

During busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas, deliveries can take a little longer. If you need an outfit by a specific date (for example a newborn photoshoot or Christmas), please order early.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
