Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Little Starling ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and as knitwear, small variations in stitching and size can occur. Size guidance is approximate, so please check the measurements on each product page.

4. Safety

Our outfits are designed for supervised wear, such as photoshoots and cuddles. Always supervise your baby while they're wearing them. Remove the outfit before unsupervised sleep, and don't let babies sleep with a hood covering their head or face. Check buttons and stitching before each use, and stop using the item if anything is loose.

5. Delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
